Donald Trump has declared that he will not run for president again in 2028 if he loses to Kamala Harris in the November election.

When asked if he would run again in four years if he lost on November 5, he told US broadcaster Full Disclosure: “No, I don’t think so. I think that’s it then.”

“I don’t see that at all. I hope we will be successful.”

This is believed to be the first time that the Republican candidate has explicitly ruled out running for president again if he loses the election in November.

If he wins this year, he would not be allowed to run again in 2028 because the 22nd Amendment to the U.S. Constitution limits a president to two terms of four years each.

However, he has indicated in the past that he would seek a third term.

When he lost to Joe Biden in 2020, Trump refused to accept the result and claimed the election was “stolen.”

On January 6, 2021, Trump supporters stormed the U.S. Capitol to prevent the certification of the election results.

Since then, he has refused to say he would accept the outcome of the 2024 election.

According to a new NBC poll of 1,000 people, Trump’s rival Kamal Harris is ahead by five percentage points nationwide.

According to the poll, Harris would receive 49% and Trump 44%.

In July, Trump was two points ahead of then-Democratic candidate Joe Biden in the NBC poll.

The poll also found that Ms Harris’ popularity has increased by 16 points since July.

According to an NBC poll, this is the biggest increase for a politician since George W. Bush’s surge in popularity after 9/11.

In July, 32 percent of registered voters had a positive opinion of Ms. Harris, while 50 percent viewed her negatively. In the latest poll, she has a positive rating of 48 percent, compared to 45 percent who have an unfavorable opinion of her.
