There are two important factors that allow you to exceed the earnings limit: The whole thing must occasionally and unpredictable Furthermore, only those exceeding the annual earnings limit of 6,456 euros are affected.

Will: If you earn 620 euros one month and only 420 the next, that does not constitute an excess.

The mini-job limit of 538 euros may nevertheless only twice per calendar year. In these two months, the salary may be up to twice as high, i.e. a maximum of 1,076 euros in each case.

The law states: An unforeseeable exceeding of the marginal employment limit does not preclude the continuation of marginal employment pursuant to paragraph 1 number 1 if the marginal employment limit is exceeded in no more than two calendar months within the calendar year to be calculated for the respective payroll period by an amount up to the marginal employment limit.
