Chamberlain vs Padley

16:37: Chamberlain landed a heavy punch in the sixth, forcing a counterattack from Padley, who landed two punches on his rival, and it looks like it will go the distance.

4.30 p.m.: A few lively first rounds between Chamberlain and Padley, the latter with a group of supporters to my right making their voices heard.

Before the sixth round, the referee is chatting to both fighters in the middle of the ring. He doesn’t seem too happy with the amount of clinching he saw in the fifth round.

A little fun fact about Josh Padley: He is a 28-year-old electrician from Doncaster. His local Holiday Inn and the Bradford Hotel were the setting for his handy work – and now it’s Wembley Stadium.

Good day from Wembley Stadium!

A fight between British heavyweight boxer Anthony Joshua and IBF heavyweight champion Daniel Dubois will take place under the famous Arch. It will be AJ’s 13th world championship fight as he aims to become a three-time world champion and continue to try to get back to the top of the heavyweight division.

As for Dubois, tonight’s fight could set the tone for the future of the heavyweight division. The 27-year-old was crowned IBF champion after Oleksandr Usyk vacated the belt following his undisputed title win over Tyson Fury in Saudi Arabia earlier this year.

The action between Mark Chamberlain and Josh Padley has begun in Wembley. Both fighters are undefeated and are starting a packed program for the evening.
