New foods at the 2024 Oklahoma State Fair

OKLAHOMA CITY — The font is so small because the list is so long! Fair organizers are excited to showcase the mountain of new and unique foods making their debut at the 2024 Oklahoma State Fair. Fairgoers will be saying, “LET’S GO AGAIN” for the chance to experience it all. All information on the food vendors, including booth locations, will be available on okstatefair.com in the coming weeks.

Spicy cucumber pizza – Swain’s Pizza On-A-Stick: Homemade pizza dough smothered in jalapeño ranch sauce, topped with mozzarella cheese, pickle chips and sprinkled with Cajun powder.

Bacon-wrapped Oreos – The Bacon Habit: A classic Oreo wrapped in seasoned bacon and cooked to perfection.

Dandelion – Afrikan Delights: A sweet, fried dough ball usually sprinkled with powdered sugar, condensed milk, chocolate, caramel or Oreo, Puff-Puff is a popular West African snack.

Cap’n Crunch Chicken Sandwich – Boki Food Service: Chicken coated in Cap’n Crunch cereal, deep fried and topped with honey raspberry sauce, served on a bun.

Cold Brew Pie ​​with Cinnamon Rolls – Cutie Pies Concessions: A cinnamon-sprinkled graham cracker crust filled with a creamy cold brew pie filling, loaded with sweet cinnamon roll pieces and topped with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon and sugar.

Fried Doritos Pickles – Diventuri Concessions: Enjoy a large spiral-shaped pickle coated in Cool Ranch Doritos, then deep fried and served with ranch dressing.

Nashville Hot Chicken Donut Sandwich – FryDay Concessions: A sweet and savory explosion of spicy, crispy Cajun chicken served on a glazed donut and topped with creamy coleslaw, thick-cut dill pickles and Nashville hot sauce.

Cucumber lemonade – Gringos & The Bacon Habit: If you love pickles and lemonade, this drink will have your lips pursed and wanting more. Served with a pickle and lemon slices.

Korean Corn Dog with Fruit Juices – Chan’s Eatery: Half hot dog and half mozzarella, breaded and coated in panko crumbs and Fruity Pebbles, then fried to perfection.

Lotus Biscoff funnel cake – Wade Shows Carnival Funnel Cake: deep-fried Biscoff cookie dough sprinkled with powdered sugar and caramel.

The young grasshopper – Wondervan Pops: Mint chocolate ice cream dipped in rich chocolate and topped with chopped Thin Mint cookies.

Natural fruit popsicles & homemade ice cream bars – Wondervan Pops: Try one or all flavors, including strawberry lavender, chili lime, pineapple mango, or peach banana with raspberry swirl.

Strawberry cream waffle on a stick – Waffle Chix: Strawberry shortcake cookie dough baked in a Belgian waffle, topped with whipped cream and drizzled with strawberry sauce.

Bronut – FryDay Concessions: A giant warm glazed doughnut covered with brisket and topped with pickles, scallions and a jalapeño glaze.

Bacon-Jam Burger – Good Burger: Consisting of a combination of seasoned beef, Boursin cheese and homemade bacon jam, all served on a warm potato bun, this burger is a sweet and salty culinary delight.

Cinnamon Toast Horchata – Agua Fresca: A sweet creamy drink made from rice milk, vanilla and cinnamon, topped with cinnamon toast crunch and whipped cream.

Jollof rice – African delicacies: tender rice, fresh tomatoes, crunchy onions and sweet peppers, all slowly cooked in a rich, hearty tomato broth.

Egusi Fufu – Afrikan Delights: Egusi stew is a nutrient- and protein-rich treat made from ground melon seeds, fresh spinach leaves and a blend of spices. Served with fufu, a chewy and dough-like consistency made from yam powder or plantains and cassava, this duo is a match made in heaven.

Waakey – Afrikan Delights: A zesty mix of rice and beans, enhanced with the sweetness of black-eyed peas, all cooked together to perfection. Served with a colorful vegetable mix and a rich, spicy tomato stew.

Hand-painted truffle bars – D2 Concessions: Each unique truffle is painted with colored cocoa butter and has a silky-smooth shell with soft ganache filling, always made with Belgian chocolate and local cream.

Cookie dough parfait – Cookie Dough Monsters: Layered Oreo crumbs, whipped cream, homemade chocolate chip cookie dough and chocolate pudding.

River water – The Deli: A refreshing citrus drink made with limes, milk and just the right amount of sugar, garnished with gummy fish and worms. Perfect for hot summer days, this drink is sweet, tart, spicy and slightly creamy.

Watermelon bubble tea with tamarind candy stick – Diventuri Concessions: Green jasmine tea with watermelon syrup, green apple popsicles, served with a tamarind candy stick.

Ice Cream Nachos – FryDay Concessions: A combination of creamy vanilla soft serve ice cream, crispy waffle nacho chips, topped with hot fudge sauce, Oreo sprinkles and caramel dip.

Smoked Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich – Champions BBQ: House-smoked pulled pork, beef brisket and mild Hatch green chili sausage, topped with homemade coleslaw and crispy fried onions, all on a fresh potato bun.

Sicilian sausage sandwich – Good Fellas Grill: A delicious homemade sausage patty topped with provolone cheese, a layer of lettuce, tomatoes and mustard, served on a freshly baked Italian sub bun.

Sicilian meatballs on a skewer – Good Fellas Grill: Two of mom’s homemade Sicilian meatballs on a skewer, dipped in spicy marinara sauce and sprinkled with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.

Naughty Sister Chamoy Candy – Grams Sweet Treats: Assorted sweet candies coated with locally made Saucy Sister Chamoy to give them a nice kick.

Cheeseburger Corn Dog – Pioneer Wagon: Ground beef mixed with cheddar cheese, placed on a skewer and fried in corn dog batter. Try it with the Pioneer Wagon Horseback Sauce made from BBQ sauce mixed with a little horseradish.

Candied watermelon on a stick -Rush Springs Watermelon: Deliciously sweet Rush Springs watermelon wrapped in a fruit roll and topped with locally made Saucy Sister Chamoy and Tajin. Served on a skewer for easy eating at the fair!

Vanilla Birthday Pepper Fudge – The Nut Shack: Vanilla fudge made from 100% pure Bhut Jolokia powder.

Chocolate Bhut Jaffa Fudge – The Nut Shack: Chocolate fondant made from 100% pure Bhut Jolokia powder.

Carne Asada Street Corn – Bad Boys BBQ: Street corn with carne asada, sour cream and cilantro, served with lime.
