Repair Day 2024 in Wallisellen: Repair instead of throwing away

As the municipality of Wallisellen reports, on World Repair Day on Saturday, October 19, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., specialists in Wallisellen will show how furniture, clothing, bicycles, electrical and household appliances, and toys can be repaired. Citizens can also use them and exchange items that are still usable. The event will take place in the foyer of the multi-purpose hall in Wallisellen.

Several Wallisellen clubs and organizations are taking part in this event and are supporting the climate campaign. The RepairBar, the drop-off and pick-up exchange and the bicycle exchange of the parents’ forum have long been committed to more conscious consumption and are thus making a major contribution in Wallisellen and now also on Repair Day 2024.
