The final season of “Good Omens” will be a “satisfying experience”: Michael Sheen

New York: Actor Michael Sheen says the upcoming season of the popular series A good omen is still in development, but it is sure to provide a satisfying experience to fans.

Originally based on the international bestselling novel by Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman A good omen: The beautiful and accurate prophecies of the witch Agnes NutterThe British show returns with its third and final season on Prime Video.

Sheen, who plays the angel Aziraphale alongside David Tennant’s demon Crowley in A good omensaid the audience reaction at the end of the second season was overwhelming.

“One of the extraordinary things about being part of (A good omen) is the audience, the fans, the fandom. You have to take it very seriously because people are really affected by it. And to see how people reacted to the end of season two was extraordinary.

“So, yes, I hope and am sure that season three will be a satisfying experience for everyone. It’s still in development, but of course I’m very excited to be working with David again and I love that character,” the actor said. TV Insider in the interview.

Seen through the eyes of Aziraphale and Crowley, A good omen follows various characters as they attempt to either bring about or prevent an impending Armageddon.

The first season was released in 2019, followed by a second season in 2023. Last year, the series was renewed for its third and final chapter.
