Strictly Amy: Cancer and me

8pm, BBC One
When Strictly dancer Amy Dowden was diagnosed with stage three breast cancer in May 2023, she made the brave decision to have cameras follow her through treatment. This film is the result and, as you might expect, it’s an emotional rollercoaster involving surgery and chemotherapy – but also uplifting moments, including her appearance in last year’s series finale. It’s been a difficult few months in Strictlyworld, but this story at least offers some redemption. Phil Harrison

Same game

6pm, Channel 4
Lack of funding in state schools has led to a shocking number of disabled students being excluded from sport. This brisk, half-hour documentary follows Tammy, who wants to take up wheelchair sport, and Marley, who finds great joy and strength in boxing. Extra state money would be well spent. Jack Seale

Titanic: The Musical

7pm, Sky Arts
The story of the doomed liner that sank in 1912 is a subject that still needs to be addressed. This 2023 musical did a great job of exploring the lives of those on board: from the wealthy passengers on deck to the humblest crew members, the hopes and dreams of the victims of the tragedy eventually disappeared into the same watery grave. The Kingdom: The Most Powerful Prince in the World

9pm, BBC Two
Prince Mohammed bin Salman may allow women to drive, but he also faces accusations of massive silencing of critics (including exiled Jamal Khashoggi, whose murder he approved, according to US intelligence). Part two covers four crucial weeks in 2017 – during which he bought the world’s most expensive painting, Leonardo da Vinci’s Salvator Mundi. Ali Catterall

In this supernatural drama, which first appeared on ITVX, the excellent Jasmine Jobson plays Lisa, a woman condemned to wander the platforms of a train station since she apparently killed herself. But after witnessing the suicide of Edward (Phil Davis), she explores the path her once idyllic life turned sour. PH

BBC Two, 10pm
Career and friendship can never go together? Recently reunited friends Freya and Jo (Kyla Harris and Elena Saurel) put that to the test in this clever sitcom. While Jo throws herself headlong into strengthening her skills as a carer, Freya shines in her first modeling job, but is torn about the results of the “Disability Positive” campaign. Nicole Vassell
