An iconic festival with deep-rooted traditions, the State Fair of Texas has captivated visitors since its inception in 1886. Over the years, it has become a symbol of Texas pride and promotes agriculture, education and community involvement through an array of entertainment that appeals to all ages. Held for 24 consecutive days from September 27 through October 20, the State Fair of Texas is the longest-running fair in the country, attracting people from near and far who want to experience its magic.

For some fans, this annual event is more than just a tradition—it’s a cherished pilgrimage they look forward to year after year, creating unforgettable memories and celebrating Texas at its best.
