RF George Springer (35) formerly played for Houston and appeared in 795 games between 2014 and 2020. Before joining the Toronto Blue Jays, he had a batting average of .270/.361/.491 with 174 home runs and 458 RBI.

C/RF Joe Ferguson (78) played 183 games for Houston between 1977 and 1978, hitting .243/.375/.420 with 23 hits and 83 RBI.

Hall of Fame second baseman Joe Morgan (1943-2020) played for the Houston Colt .45s/Astros from 1963 to 1971, posting a .263/.375/.396 batting average in 891 games. He returned to the team in 1980 and struck out 112 of 461 in 141 more games.
