In the upcoming season of “Law and Order: Organized Crime,” a well-known actress will join the cast. And fans can look forward to seeing what secrets she will reveal.

Oscar nominee Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio (Scarface) will join the series “Law and Order: Organized Crime” as “Isabella Spezzano.” Her character has a connection to Stabler (Christopher Meloni) and plays an important role in his past.

Familiar faces in the 5th season of “Law and Order: Organized Crime”

It is not yet known when exactly the fifth season of the series will be released on Peacock in the USA. What is certain, however, is that Dean Norris (Breaking Bad), who played Stabler’s older brother Randall in the fourth season, will be a permanent member of the cast in the upcoming season.

Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio was nominated for an Oscar for Best Supporting Actress in 1987 for her role in “The Color of Money.” With her, “Law and Order: Organized Crime” gains another well-known actress for the cast. She is no stranger to the “Law and Order” universe: In the ninth season of “Law and Order: Criminal Intent” she already played NYPD Captain Zoe Callas.

But it will certainly be an exciting season, because not only will Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio be seen, but Meloni’s SVU colleague Mariska Hargitay will also support the fifth season as Olivia Benson.
