Companion App launches tomorrow – Everything about download, login, release

The EA FC 25 Companion App launches tomorrow. EA announced the official release date in the pitch notes. You can find all the information here.

When will the FC 25 Companion App launch? The companion app for FC 25 will be released on September 19th, also on Thursday.

What time does the Companion App start? The companion app is expected to launch around 7 p.m. This is what we are currently assuming based on previous years.

Is there a companion app download? Yes, you have to download the Companion App, unlike the Web App. If you still have the old Companion App, you just need to update it.

What about the web app? In contrast to the Companion App, the Web App will launch on Wednesday, September 18th. Everything you need to know about the Web App release can be found here.

Difference between Web App and Companion App: The web app runs through your browser, while the companion app is an actual app for your smartphone.

Basically, both apps are management tools for your Ultimate Team and basically have the same functions. You can also switch freely between the two and the changes and content will be adopted.

What can I do with the FC Companion app?

This is what the app offers: In the app, you can manage your Ultimate Team without having to turn on the console or PC. You can also open your first rewards there before the release of FC 25, as there will be bonus packs for returning players who log into the Companion or Web App.

Once you have your team together, you can use various functions. These include:

• Trading on the transfer market
• Solving SBCs
• Restoring instant-sold players you want back
• Get your rewards, such as from FUT Champions
• And rebuild your team

This is what you should keep in mind when logging in: In the past, the first few hours of the web app and companion app were sometimes plagued by login problems. They simply wanted to keep too many players in check at the same time. The problem: authentication could then be delayed and you couldn’t get in at all because the relevant codes didn’t arrive. You can prepare for this with backup codes for the web app.
