PHOENIX – A man is dead after a shooting in east Phoenix Tuesday night. However, no arrests have been made, authorities said.

According to Phoenix police, officers responded to a call about a shooting near a home in the area of ​​26th Place and Monte Vista Road around 9:30 p.m.

The site is located in a neighborhood northeast of 24th Street and McDowell Road, near the Grand Canal.

They found a man with at least one gunshot wound. The victim, whose name was not released, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Further details about the Phoenix shooting have not been released. The investigation is ongoing.
