The new invention of Germany’s chief entertainer is about to launch. Stefan Raab himself speaks of the “most honest million-dollar show on German television”.

The TV channel RTL has leaked the first details about Stefan Raab’s new streaming show. “Five candidates will get the chance to compete against Raab in a buzzer round,” reported “rtl.de” about “You won’t win the million with Stefan Raab here.” The premiere is scheduled to air on RTL+ on Wednesday evening.

The “most honest million-dollar show” on television

Whoever advances has to beat the 57-year-old entertainer in a direct duel. “In each round there are multiple-choice questions and a duel against the master himself. If a candidate is eliminated, another takes their place to play with Stefan for the million.”

Raab himself spoke of the “most honest million-dollar show on German television”. In an RTL interview, the presenter said: “Of course I have no pity. My goal is that no one ever wins the million.”

New show launched on RTL+

“You won’t win the million here with Stefan Raab” will be available on RTL+ on Wednesday evening from 8:10 p.m. The entertainer, who had disappeared from the scene for almost ten years, had surprisingly and at short notice announced the format last Saturday after his boxing match against Regina Halmich. It is not a live show. The pilot program was recorded before broadcast.
