Main role: Tovino ThomasAjayante Randam Moshanam (ARM)’, which was released this Onam, is a victim of piracy just a few days after its release. Jithin Laalthe director of the film, posted a video on social media in which a man is seen watching a pirated copy of the film on a mobile phone screen while travelling on a train. The debutant director expressed that the incident left him “heartbroken”. He added that he has nothing to say to the people who want to watch the pirated copy of the film.
“A friend sent me this…heartbreaking…vere onnum parayan ella…telegram vazhi ARM kanendavar kanatte…alathe enth parayana,” the director said in his note.

A 3D movie‘ARM’ released worldwide on September 12, ahead of the Onam festivities. ‘ARM’, which features Thomas in triple roles and spans three different eras, also features actors Krithi Shetty, Aishwarya Rajesh, Surabhi Lakshmi, Basil Joseph, Rohini, Harish Uthaman, Nisthar Sait, Jagadish, Pramod Shetty, Aju Varghese and Sudheesh in pivotal roles.

Amidst all this, Tovino’s vehicle – in which he plays the lead character in different eras – captivates the audience with myth, fantasy, nostalgia and, not to forget, caste politics. Tovino is definitely at his most impressive in this role; he looks fierce but handsome and plays the role with charisma. In fact, he pulls off all three very different looks very well.”
