Secretly filmed: Man breaks off his ex-girlfriend’s engagement with sex videos

After their relationship ended, a man blackmailed his much younger ex-girlfriend with secretly made sex videos. This resulted in the woman’s two engagements falling through. The man was convicted by a penal order.

A 60-year-old man and a woman 30 years younger than him had a relationship that lasted three years. Without the woman knowing, the man filmed the sex – and after the relationship ended in 2015 he repeatedly used the videos as a means of exerting pressure. The blackmail is said to have caused two of the ex-girlfriend’s engagements to fall through, reports “20 Minuten” about the case from the canton of St. Gallen.

The man was sentenced to a fine of 3,000 francs for his crimes. He must also pay compensation of 1,500 francs and almost 10,000 francs for expenses, fees and defense costs.

Nude photos sent to new boyfriend

After the relationship ended in 2015, the man had threatened his ex-partner several times that he would send intimate videos and photos to relatives and friends, according to the penal order, according to “20 Minuten”. He had threatened not to leave her alone.

When the woman blocked him on all social media platforms, he created a new Facebook profile and continued to send her videos and photos. Among other things, in 2022 he is said to have sent the woman’s then-boyfriend photos and videos in which she can be seen naked.

The accused apparently also sent her a screenshot showing him about to publish an intimate photo of the two of them on her mother’s Facebook page. In order to prevent this, his ex-partner felt compelled to meet the man against her will.
