But that’s not so easy in Germany, because not all NFL matches are shown on TV and live stream for free in Germany. There was also a change in the broadcasters for the 2023/24 season. Here we’ll tell you where you can watch NFL games on TV and live stream in the current 2024/25 season.

NFL on TV and live stream: Big changes

Anyone in Germany who wanted to watch the NFL for free on TV and live stream could do so until 23.23.24 on ProSieben, ProSieben Maxx or in the live stream on Joyn or ran. The streaming platform DAZN also offered some games and a conference.

But for the 2023/24 NFL season, the TV landscape in Germany was turned upside down with regard to the NFL. ProSieben lost all broadcasting rights. RTL took the broadcasting group’s place.

According to the broadcaster, up to three games per week will be broadcast live on free TV on RTL and Nitro. Nitro will begin broadcasting in the preseason. In addition to the free TV offering, the games will also be shown live on RTL+ and there will also be an exclusive game on the streaming platform. However, RTL+ is subject to a fee.

In addition to RTL’s offerings, there are two other ways to watch the NFL live in Germany. DAZN, the paid streaming platform, broadcasts all of the NFL’s individual night games early on Saturday, Tuesday and Wednesday mornings German time. There is also the “RedZone” conference, in which the games are broadcast on Sundays from 7 p.m. German time with English commentary, and ENDZN, which has the same games with German commentary in its program. DAZN also has two exclusive games on Sunday with kickoff times of 7 p.m. and 10:25 p.m.

• Monday, 2:20 p.m.: Houston Texans – Chicago Bears, DAZN
• Tuesday, 2.15 a.m.: Philadelphia Eagles – Atlanta Falcons, DAZN
