Ashley Parks speaks openly about THE dance scene in season 4 of “Emily in Paris”

Ashley Park had to live through “every actor’s worst nightmare” as she had to make a topless appearance in Emily in Paris Season 4.

Park’s character Mindy was equally terrified of performing topless at the Crazy Horse – a Parisian cabaret known for its naked dancers – but she does it to earn the money her team needs to participate in the Eurovision Song Contest.

In the funny scene, Mindy manages to avoid being naked with Emily’s help. Emily throws her small bags from offstage so she can cover herself.

Park told of the scene and People“We have this recurring memory of standing on stage in our underwear and not knowing what we were doing. And that’s exactly what I experienced, but surrounded by the most beautiful dancers in the world.”

“It was so exhausting and so difficult. If it hadn’t been for choreographer Kyle Hanagami and my team, I probably would never have been able to do it,” she said.

But ultimately, the actress is “actually really proud of [the scene] now,” because “you will never forget having done it.”
