The investigation began on October 14, 2023.

Gordon was arrested that day and charged with willful cruelty to persons and endangering a child.

Investigators said they continued to investigate the case even after the initial arrest.

As part of the investigation, search warrants were issued for Gordon’s apartment and telephone.

They said further evidence had been found and there was sufficient suspicion to find Gordon guilty of violating the rules on “promoting obscene performances by minors” and “possession of child pornography”.

A warrant was issued for Gordon’s arrest. Police said he turned himself in to Naugatuck police on Thursday.

Gordon was held on a court-set $200,000 bail and bound over to Waterbury Superior Court for arraignment.
