With the Mesa Lite 3.0, Mokwheel offers a new e-bike in several model versions. This comes with extensive features suitable for everyday use and should therefore be suitable for daily commuting, for example.

The manufacturer Mokwheel has introduced a new e-bike, the Mesa Lite 3.0. This is used both with a classic diamond frame and as a low-step-through Mesa Lite ST 3.0 is currently only available for 1,099 euros, with the regular retail price set to be 1,399 euros. Mokwheel states the expected delivery date as September 18th.

Despite the relatively low price, the Mesa Lite 3.0 is said to have a decent range of features. A hub motor is used, but it is controlled using a torque sensor and not just a simple pedal sensor – this promises dynamic support that is adapted to the actual load. The torque is specified as 45 Nm, the nominal power as 250 watts and the peak power as 350 watts. The battery, which is integrated into the frame but can be removed, has a capacity of a decent 530 Wh.

The 26.5 kg e-bike is equipped with a rigid fork. 27.5 inch and 2.4 inch wide tires are installed at the front and rear. The Zhongying disc brakes operate hydraulically and not mechanically. A classic Shimano derailleur with seven gears is available. Not only are mudguards included, but also a luggage rack and even a front basket. A headlight is also included so that the bike can be used safely at night and at dusk. As usual, Mokwheel uses aluminum for the frame, and the bike stand is also made of this material.
