Watch Disney+ offline: How to watch series and films without an internet connection

   First, download the Disney+ app if you haven’t already. If you use Disney+ in your browser, the download option is not available. Open the app and you will find yourself on the home page. The screenshots show the English version. In the German version, only the names are different.

   To use the app and download content, you must be connected to the Internet. You can then watch the downloaded content later without an Internet connection. Now click on the content you want to download. If it is a film, you will see the download button directly to the right of the plus sign next to the “Play” button. Click on it and the download process will begin.

   If the circle turns into a mobile phone symbol, the process is complete. For series, you can find the download option if you scroll down to the episode selection in the corresponding content. There you can download individual episodes using the arrow symbol to the right of the respective episode or click on the arrow symbol at the top right to download the entire season. A bar will appear at the bottom where you have to confirm the download again.

   In both cases, you can view your downloads under “Downloads” in the menu bar at the bottom. This process may take a few minutes. You can now access the relevant content directly from the storage location.
