There is no announcement about the PS5 Pro yet, but that could change today, September 10, because a fan noticed an unlisted video on YouTube and Sony has announced a live stream.

In recent days, a well-known leaker had already suggested that the console’s announcement would take place in the first half of September 2024.

Sony has now announced a live stream entitled “PlayStation 5 Technical Presentation” for September 10th. You can watch the live stream directly with us or via YouTube from 5 p.m.

Sony has not confirmed that this is a PS5 Pro announcement, but there may be clues that support the assumption.

On X (formerly Twitter), various accounts are sharing a screenshot of an unlisted video on YouTube. This video was uploaded by the official PlayStation account and is titled “PS5 Pro”. It can also be found via the Wayback Machine.

As Reddit user Fidler_2K writes, Sony originally included this video in the blog post with the title “PS5 Pro,” but then subsequently changed it to the title “PS5” and then to “PlayStation 5 Technical Presentation.”
