EA SPORTS UFC 5 celebrates UFC 306 with new patch and further updates

To celebrate next weekend’s Riyadh Season Noche UFC, EA SPORTS UFC 5 is offering players a special Octagon experience. Following Saturday’s historic UFC event, the Sphere will be added as a new playable venue in UFC 5. The Sphere is a state-of-the-art auditorium in the heart of Las Vegas with the world’s largest high-definition screen that stretches above and around the spectators.

In celebration of Mexican Independence Day, fighters in UFC 5 can be equipped with the Riyadh Season Noche UFC 306 Fight Kits if the Sphere is selected as the host venue. In addition to these updates, Patch 1.13 also adds the following fighters:

Daniel Zellhuber: Mexico City native Daniel Zellhuber makes his presence felt when he steps into the Octagon. At 6’1″, “The Golden Boy” cuts an impressive figure in combat with a well-rounded striking game that is complemented by his diverse and technical submission game on the ground.

Manuel Torres: Three UFC fights, three wins. Manuel Torres, born in Chihuahua, Mexico, is a finisher. “El Loco” goes into every fight with his enormous punching power and speed.

Also included in this update will be Tatsuro Taira (#5 FW) and Tabatha Ricci (#9 WSW).
