Live near Gisele Bündchen in Florida for $24 million

Supermodel Gisele Bündchen’s purchase of a 7.5-acre estate in Southwest Ranches, Florida’s equestrian hotspot about 30 miles from Miami, for $9.1 million last year now seems prescient.

A new build has come on the market there for $24 million – and if it sells for that price or even close, it will likely break all records in the region.

The modern residence at 17250 SW 52nd Court is an extravagant 25,609 square feet. It has seven bedrooms and is located on a 4-acre lot. The home was built in 2022 and was move-in ready last year. It is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and borders the 172nd Avenue canal.

Its crown jewel is a 1,700 m² converted rooftop space for entertainment and art exhibitions.

The residence’s design includes 187 impact-resistant glass windows and doors with silver aluminum frames. It features a motorized aluminum gate, security systems and a looping driveway lined with green lawn and palm trees.

Other chic details include floor-to-ceiling windows, as well as a wine display room that can hold up to 264 bottles. Some areas even have double or triple height ceilings, such as the main entrance, which is over 25 feet tall. The seller, Javier Muniain, president and CEO of Surfernet Corp., is relocating to Europe.
