Tradeweb Markets Inc. (Nasdaq: TW), a leading global operator of electronic marketplaces for interest rates, credit, equities and money markets, today reported record trading volume for the month of August 2024 of $50.9 trillion.1. The average daily volume (ADV) for the month reached a record high of $2.21 trillion, representing a year-over-year increase of 53.9 percent (%).2 Excluding the impact of the ICD acquisition, which closed on August 1, 2024, total ADV for the month of August increased 35.7% year-over-year.
