Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacifico announces issuance of bond certificates in Mexico valued at P5,648.1 million

GUADALAJARA, Mexico, Sept. 5, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico, SAB de CV (NYSE:PAC; BMV: GAP) (“the Company” or “GAP”) announces that it has successfully completed today the issuance of 56,481,343 (FIFTY-SIX MILLION FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY-ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FORTY-THREE) long-term bond certificates in Mexico (Certificates of Citizenship Rights) with a nominal value of P100 (ONE HUNDRED PESOS 00/100) each, for a total value of P5,648,134,300 (FIVE BILLION SIX HUNDRED FORTY EIGHT MILLION ONE HUNDRED THIRTY FOUR THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED PESOS 00/100 MN) with a maturity of five years. The order book reached an oversubscription of 1.2x the initial issue amount.

This issue, under the ticker symbol “GAP 24,” pays interest every 28 days at a floating rate of TIIE-28 plus 60 basis points. The principal amount matures on August 30, 2029.
