As a prospective lawyer, Kim Kardashian takes written contracts with a grain of salt – including those for her children. Her son Saint also has to sign a letter in order to pursue his hobby. The eight-year-old wants to upload gaming videos to YouTube.

It seems we should slowly get used to the new generation of the Kardashian-Jenner clan. Saint West, the son of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, is aiming for a career as a YouTuber. His famous mother announced this in her Instagram stories. But in order to make his dream come true, the eight-year-old first had to draw up “an extensive contract” with the reality TV actress, as she writes with amusement.

As a photo of the contract he signed shows, West pledges to “abide by my mother’s rules.” “I am not allowed to comment on personal family matters. I am not allowed to, North.” (his eleven-year-old sister, editor’s note) “to film her while she makes music” are just two of the conditions. He has to show all videos to “mom or a legal guardian” before posting them. Saint should especially stick to the last rule. Because what else threatens him is written there in black and white: Kim Kardashian can make the account private or even delete it completely.

Adults react with concern

From the four videos that Saint West has published since September 2nd under the name “TheGoatSaint,” it is clear that he wants to run a gaming account. Within three days, he already has more than 10,000 followers – whether these are peers his age who are interested in computer games or fans of his parents is unclear. Judging by the comments, however, it is mainly adults who are interested in Saint’s new channel. “Saint, pleeeeease tell your dad that I love his music. He is a huge inspiration to me. Also ask him if he would consider coming to Nebraska,” one comment says.

Some users are reacting to the high level of adult interest in Saint’s channel. “The number of people trying to talk to an eight-year-old boy in these comments is disgusting. I hope Kim turns them off,” wrote one concerned woman under one of the videos. And another: “Kim, if you see this, please tell Saint to check the box that says his videos are ‘FOR KIDS’ because then the comments will be automatically turned off.”
