Tamra Judge in tears over ‘loss of a child’ as she reacts to Vicki Gunvalson’s shadow during post-surgery recovery

Tamra Judge cried in her Instagram Stories on Wednesday as she responded to Vicki Gunvalson’s claim that Judge’s daughter Sidney was estranged from her due to her long-term stint on “The Real Housewives of Orange County.”

“You won, Vicki – I don’t know what you want from me, but you did – you won, okay?” Tamra, 57, said in a now-deleted post reposted on the Bravohousewives page on Instagram. “You kick me when I’m down, you hurt me all the time, I can’t do this anymore. I don’t want anything to do with this.”

Gunvalson, 62, said on her podcast “My Friend, My Soulmate, My Podcast” on Monday that Tamra has become estranged from her daughter Sidney, 24, because of the reality show, as Sidney has “very strong opinions” of Tamra and her fame on the show over the past 16 seasons.

Gunvalson said Sidney suggested to her mother, “Stop embarrassing the family, stop what you’re doing” and “leave the show as soon as you have the chance” – and “Tamra did none of that.”

Gunvalson said she believes Tamra’s refusal to step out of the spotlight showed Sidney that she “didn’t care.”

Gunvalson said she would have handled the delicate family situation very differently.

“I don’t care about my money and my possessions – I care about my family, my daughter, the people in my life. That’s the problem,” Gunvalson said. “If my daughter didn’t talk to me, I’d be on a damn airplane right now, knocking on her door, begging for forgiveness, and I don’t care what I did.”

Tamra, who is currently recovering from plastic surgery, is also mother to 38-year-old son Ryan with her ex-husband Darren Vieth, as well as 23-year-old son Spencer and 18-year-old daughter Sophia with her ex-husband Simon Barney.

In her response, a tearful Tamra admitted that she was hurt by Gunvalson’s comments about her relationship with her daughter.

“I try so hard not to listen to what Vicki said about me,” Tamra said, “and I’m just constantly bombarded with it.”

Tamra said she could not “believe this woman would stoop so low” by making comments about the emotional situation.

“I just can’t believe it,” Tamra said. “Do you know what it’s like to lose a child? Do you know what that’s like? It’s the most painful thing in the world.”

Regarding Gunvalson’s suggestion that her situation with Sidney was due to her appearance on the reality show, Tamra said, “No, it’s not.”

“You can have my spot on the show, you can have whatever you want,” Tamra said. “But please leave my family alone. Please!”

In a post on the platform on Tuesday, Tamra took a more aggressive stance towards Gunvalson, claiming she “doesn’t give a shit” about her former friend, whom she described as “literally disgusting.”

Tamra said: “She goes after my family and everything, that’s what she does – I don’t know why she does it – maybe she needs a little attention, maybe she needs someone to rub her back like a little puppy, but I’m not going to do that.”

Tamra said her situation with Sidney remained “very tragic and sad” and suggested that Gunvalson drop the subject.

“Vicki, go away, leave me alone,” Tamra said. “I’m going to ask you for the last time, leave me alone – no one cares what you have to say, ever – go away.”

Tamra said Gunvalson was essentially projecting with her statements, as she implied that Gunvalson had “chosen her boyfriend Brooks over her own daughter” in the past.

She was referring to Gunvalson’s ex Brooks Ayers and her daughter Briana Culberson, 37, whom she has with ex-husband Michael Wolfsmith and son Michael Wolfsmith Jr., 38.

Briana and Tamra both advised Gunvalson against the relationship with Ayers, which eventually ended in 2015.
