KWG publishes Ring of Fire Infrastructure Corridor Compilation Map Page 1

KWG Resources Inc. doing business as The Canadian Chrome Company (“CCC”, “KWG” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the release of its Ring of Fire Infrastructure Compilation Map which includes the proposed “Utility Corridor” for the construction of transportation and electrification systems through the James Bay Lowlands from Nakina, Ontario to the Company’s Black Horse Chromite discovery, a distance of 330 kilometres. The compilation map is listed above and will be re-released shortly to include the locations of power transmission lines to the region’s remote communities.

The Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Canada Chrome Corporation (the “Subsidiary”), staked 1,685 claims in 2009 and 2010 along what the Company believes to be the most suitable terrain for the construction of transportation and electrification systems through the James Bay Lowlands from Nakina, Ontario to the Company’s properties in the Ring of Fire, a distance of 330 kilometres. The Subsidiary staked 1,685 claims in 2009 and 2010 and subsequently conducted a survey and mineral and soil investigation program to search for minerals and to assess the prospects for the design and construction of a railway or other transportation facility along this route. The Subsidiary has identified aggregate deposits along the route and has applied for 32 aggregate mining permits under the Aggregates Act (Ontario) to supply the aggregates required for the construction of the roadbed and other facilities from local sources along the route. In 2021, the Company and its subsidiary engaged Cormorant Utilities and Rail-Veyor Technologies to prepare engineering proposals to construct transportation and utility systems along the route of the proposed utility corridor to connect the Ring of Fire area to the Trans-Canadian Transportation System and Ontario’s power grid, passing through Nakina, Ontario (near Aroland). The proposals include electrification systems connecting several First Nations communities in the James Bay Lowlands in the Ring of Fire area from the utility corridor.
