For the sixth time, TC Weingarten is hosting the RIBO Cup

At the RIBO Cup, which is hosted by TC Weingarten, points for the German tennis rankings will be awarded starting Friday for the sixth time. For this reason and because tournament sponsor RIBO Weingarten has offered good prize money, eight men who are listed in the German rankings will be coming to Weingarten, along with many other ambitious players.

Players from TC Weingarten are also taking part

The seeding list is headed by Ferdinand Klösters in position 115 of the German tennis rankings (STC Oberland), followed by Pascal Streit (321, TC Doggenburg). Among the 26 starters are several players from the men’s and men’s 30 teams of TC Weingarten.

In addition to the games for the German rankings, a so-called B tournament will be held, to which players from performance class 10 and above are admitted. Since there is tennis at a high level to admire, the organizers around Maximilian Hangleiter, according to a statement from the club, are hoping for a big tennis festival with many spectators.

Finale on Sunday afternoon

The tournament starts on Friday at 4 p.m., Saturday and Sunday games start at 10 a.m. and the finals take place on Sunday at noon.
