Arsenal vs Rangers: Women’s Champions League TV channel, live stream

Jo Potter’s side are taking part in Europe’s top competition for only the second time in their history and will face the Gunners in the semi-finals of Group Three.

The winner of today’s clash will face Norwegian club Rosenborg, who earlier today defeated Atletico Madrid 3-2 in a sensational penalty shootout, in the Group 3 final on Saturday.

Arsenal manager Jonas Eidevall confirmed that English Lioness Beth Mead will not be fit for the game.

It will be the Gunners’ first competitive game of the 2024/25 season.

Jo Potter’s team, who won the domestic cup double last season, face a big challenge in north London – but the former Arsenal midfielder is looking forward to facing her old club.

“As you can imagine, it’s one of the most prestigious tournaments there is,” she told RangersTV. “Everyone wants to be part of it. You always hear the question: World Cup or Champions League? That’s a difficult question and I think that just brings its own excitement.”

“The opponent also brings its own tension. We know it will be a difficult but also exciting task. We have to make sure we are prepared for it, but we also want to enjoy every moment.”

“I think we’ve drawn the highest seeded team in the draw so it’s tough but that’s what it’s there for. They’re under a bit of pressure to get through this stage because they didn’t get through last year so they need to make sure they do their homework on us, especially because we’re the first team to go through.”
