Compass Minerals (NYSE: CMP), a leading global supplier of essential minerals, today announced that it has entered into a binding voluntary agreement (Agreement) with the Utah Division of Forestry, Fire and State Lands (FFSL) outlining the Company’s water and land conservation commitments to the long-term health of the Great Salt Lake. As previously announced, Compass Minerals and FFSL had signed a term sheet in early March 2024 setting out the framework for negotiations toward a binding agreement.
