Samsung Galaxy Book 5 Pro 360 leaked with images and key specs

Samsung Galaxy Book 5 Pro 360 leaked with images and key specs

Samsung is working on its next AI laptop, the Galaxy Book 5 Pro 360. The device appeared on FCC listings today, suggesting an imminent launch. Additionally, a leak has revealed several key specs and images of the Galaxy Book 5 Pro 360.

After Google, Samsung was one of the pioneers when it came to AI in smartphones. The company doesn’t want to be left out of the AI race with its laptops either. Although they won’t be the first to launch a Copilot+ computer, the upcoming Galaxy Book 5 Pro 360 looks pretty promising. It could become a worthy Windows competitor to the MacBook Air.

The Galaxy Book 5 Pro 360 would be a modified Galaxy Book 4 Pro

According to the report, the AI notebook will be very similar to the Galaxy Book 4 Pro. The upcoming Galaxy Book 5 Pro 360 will not only inherit the design and port layout, but also many components. However, there are improvements in key specifications that justify the existence of the new model, starting with the Copilot+ certification. Samsung will replace the right Ctrl key with the Copilot key, which triggers the AI-powered features of Windows.

The Galaxy Book 5 Pro 360 also has a new processor. The Lunar Lake Intel Core Ultra 5 226V will be the “heart” of Samsung’s laptop. Other improvements include Wi-Fi 7 (Wi-Fi 6E on the Galaxy Book 4 Pro) and Bluetooth 5.4 (5.3 on the Galaxy Book 4 Pro). The Windows Report leak says that the rest of the specifications will remain the same.

The Galaxy Book 5 Pro 360 is said to feature an impressive 16-inch WQXGA+ AMOLED touchscreen with S Pen support. The Intel Core Ultra 5 226V chip could be backed by 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM. There is also said to be up to 512GB of NVMe SSD storage, possibly with more variants to choose from. A 76Wh battery with 65W USB-C charging would power the whole package. Ports could include 1x USB 3.2, 2x Thunderbolt 4, 1x HDMI 2.1, 1x microSD card reader, and 1x 3.5mm audio jack.

There is no official release date for the notebook yet. However, MySmartPrice has discovered a corresponding entry in the FCC database. Taking into account the certification and the leaked specifications and images, the launch of the Galaxy Book 5 Pro 360 seems imminent.
