Speaking on an episode of the Happy Mum Happy Baby podcast, Tana Ramsay spoke about family life and revealed that she and her husband make sure to dress up for their date nights. “In our relationship, now that we have young children again, our gift to each other on our last anniversary was that we have to go to the theatre once a month and we have to go out three times a month. And we’re not allowed to wear trainers,” she told presenter Giovanna Fletcher.

The TV presenter and cookbook author added that she had gotten used to sneakers and jeans during the pandemic. “So we kind of dress up. I wear a nice dress and high heels. “He wears a suit or a shirt and the right shoes,” Tana said. “Real date time with each other.”

The couple, who have been married since 1996, have six children together: Megan, Holly, Jack, Tilly, Oscar and Jesse, who was born in 2023. Tana stresses that it is important to spend time together despite career and family.
