The Amadeus Fire Group, a leading provider of personnel services and training in Germany, is pleased to announce the appointment of Monika Wiederhold as a member of the Board of Management for the training division, effective November 1, 2024. With her extensive experience and in-depth expertise in digital transformation and strategic corporate development, she will play a key role in the company’s growth strategy.

Monika Wiederhold has over two decades of international management experience, including leading positions initially in the Lufthansa Group and since 2017 at Amadeus IT Group SA, a leading global provider of IT solutions for the travel industry. There she held various management positions, most recently as Executive Vice President for Marketing & Digital Transformation. Her impressive career is characterized by extensive experience in the development and operational implementation of growth strategies and the digitalization of business processes. As an experienced manager, she is also distinguished by her ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Monika Wiederhold is delighted to be able to contribute her broad experience in growth strategies and digital transformation to the Amadeus Fire Group from November: “The opportunity to further develop the company in a growth-oriented manner in strategic and digital markets for continuing education is an exciting challenge.”

Starting her term of office on November 1, 2024, Ms. Wiederhold will play a central role in driving the organic and inorganic growth of the Amadeus Fire Group.
