A Honkai: Star Trail A leak has revealed that a new summoning mechanic may be available in a future update. Honkai: Star Trail uses turn-based combat with unique abilities based on the characters’ elements and paths. New mechanics are often introduced that not only change the meta but also make the game more exciting.

In a series of new Honkai: Star Trail In leaks posted on Reddit, well-known leaker HomDGCat revealed that the alleged 5-star character Aglaea will reportedly have a summon ability on the field. There are no details yet on what the summon will look like, but it is said to come from Aglaea’s ultimate ability and will be able to use abilities independently to deal lightning damage to enemies. It is also said to give Aglaea a buff and restore her energy, allowing her to use her ultimate ability faster. In addition, enemies can attack the summon, but allies cannot heal it.


If the leak is reliable, this would be the first time that Honkai: Star Trail will have a summoning mechanic on the field. In the past, characters like Topaz were helped in battle by her pet companion Numby. The difference, however, is that Topaz does not need to summon Numby and has abilities reserved for the Warp Trotter. Many Honkai: Star Trail Fans are also curious how this new mechanic would work in battle, such as whether or not their actions would count as follow-up attacks. They also compared it to the “trash can mechanic” during the Trailblaze Friendship is Magic event, where lordly trash cans appeared to help in battle.


Although the summon is said to be able to deal lightning damage, that doesn’t necessarily mean that Aglaea will be a lightning-type character. Previous reports claimed that Aglaea will be an ice-type destruction character.

Honkai: Star TrailThe meta of is constantly changing depending on which characters are released and which game mechanics are introduced. In recent versions, the Super Break meta has been the Honkai: Star Trail because of the Harmony Trailblazer’s ability and characters like Firefly that deal massive break effect damage. With summons on the field, there would be many opportunities to plan attacks and potentially power up the summon to deal more damage.
