Tim Bowness: “Films Of Our Youth” video released

Tim Bowness hired singer-songwriter Julianne Regan (All About Eve) to produce his “Films Of Our Youth” video. Tim describes the song as follows: “‘Films Of Our Youth’ is the most reflective piece on ‘Powder Dry’. It’s a kind of musical breathing space. The poignant visual effects capture the melancholic cinematic quality of the music very effectively.”

On September 13th, Tim Bowness will release his new long player via Kscope. You can pre-order the disc here. The musician’s eighth studio album includes 16 songs ranging from industrial rock to electro-pop and more. Steven Wilson mixed the record and commented:

“I’ve had the pleasure of working on most of Tim’s solo albums. For me, this is the best and most creative of all. Partly because this time it’s truly a ‘solo’ album. It not only showcases his unique voice, but also his unique approach to production and performance. It’s totally Tim!”
