Borussia Dortmund had to wait an unusually long time for their new away kit this year. But on Friday (30 August) the time finally came: BVB presented the new kit that they will be wearing away from home next season. The kit is predominantly black and is complemented by a yellow bar.

This year, the away jersey also has the motto “Borussia connects”. With this, BVB is referring to founding member Franz Jacobi, who once said: “The quality of a football club is shown in how it lives up to its social responsibilities”. Mixed fan reactions to away jersey

The reactions to the new away jersey were mixed on social media. Some fans wrote on “X”: “I think it’s really cool”, “Beautiful” or “Better than I expected”.
