“The final allotment of seats is subject to satisfactory verification of all original certificates at the concerned college and submission of proof of payment of tuition fees. Candidates are required to report to the concerned college within the prescribed time and submit all original certificates. The allotment letter and admission report will be issued at the allotted college and are required to be submitted along with the original TC at the college,” the official website said.

Applicants must note that they have to submit two sets of certified copies of all certificates to the respective assigned colleges, one set is for submission to the Convener’s office.

According to the official announcement, in case of cancellation of admission by the candidate, the tuition fee will be forfeited as follows:

• After the first phase, the full tuition fee will be refunded.
• 50% of the amount after the final phase and before the cancellation deadline indicated in the allocation order and 100% thereafter.
