It is already the second victory at the four-nation tournament in Füssen.

The German women’s national ice hockey team has won its second game at the four-nation tournament in Füssen and has shown remarkable goal-scoring form. The team of national coach Jeff MacLeod beat Slovakia 8:2 (5:1, 2:1, 1:0) on Friday, having previously won 2:1 against France. The final match on Saturday (2:30 p.m.) will be Hungary, who have only won their game against the French.

Laura Kluge scored twice (16th/20th) and was the only double-goal scorer in a well-balanced German team, having already scored twice on Thursday. The victory against Slovakia was no longer in danger after the first third.

For the German women, the tournament marks the start of the season, which will culminate in the World Championships in Budweis/Czech Republic (April 9 to 20, 2025).
