Premiere date and new look of Wizards Beyond Waverly Place revealed

Not everything is as it seems in the Russo family.

But don’t worry, everything will soon be clear. Finally, E! News can exclusively confirm that Wizards Beyond Waverly Placethe sequel to the beloved Wizards of Waverley Placewill premiere on October 29 on Disney Channel and October 30 on Disney+.

While the first two episodes will air on the television channel, viewers will get access to the first eight episodes via the new spot on the streaming service the next day. And starting November 8, two episodes will air weekly on Disney Channel at 8 p.m. ET.

In Wizards Beyond Waverly PlaceJustin (played by David Henrie) lives a normal, happy life with his mortal family, including his wife Giada (Mimi Gianopulos) and children’s novel (Alkaio Thiele) and Milo (Max Matenko). But when Alex (Selena Gomez) comes to her older brother to get help with the sorceress in training Billie (Janice LeAnn Brown), Justin decides to become her mentor and must juggle his new responsibilities and his busy life. And Winter (Taylor Cora), Billie’s best friend, will be there.
