Melania Trump’s former adviser agrees with plastic surgery rumors and tweets in a flood of old photos of the FLOTUS

Melania Trump’s former adviser agrees with plastic surgery rumors and tweets in a flood of old photos of the FLOTUS

Melania Trump’s upcoming memoir, simply titled “Melania,” promises readers “experiences, challenges and triumphs” from her “journey,” as she explained on Instagram and X, formerly Twitter. But at least one critic is skeptical that the former first lady will be honest about her journey. Stephanie Winston Wolkoff, Melania’s former White House aide, has been mocking the book since the announcement. In a series of scathing tweets on X, Wolkoff has accused her ex-girlfriend of creating a misleading account of her life story that obscures the truth about certain parts.

For example, the former adviser resurfaced an old ad Melania did for Aflac when she was establishing herself as a model and actress. Wolkoff wondered if “Melania” would include that crazy moment in the author’s career. She also posted old photos that seem to contradict Trump’s claim that he never had plastic surgery. “A lot of people say I get all kinds of treatments done on my face. I haven’t done anything,” she told GQ in 2016. Still, there’s no denying that Melania had a softer look back when she was new to America. Her eyes were bigger, her nose wider, her cheeks less sculpted. By the time she married Donald Trump, the model had developed “the tight, plastic squint that makes it look like cameras always catch her a second before she sneezes,” as GQ put it.

Wolkoff portrays Melania as a calculating woman who has worked hard to create a flattering image of herself.[She believes] that what things look like matters more than what they really are,” she wrote.

Has Melania forgotten her roots?

Some may call Melania Trump’s transformation inspiring – a girl from a small town in Eastern Europe making it to the White House – but her former friend and assistant Stephanie Winston Wolkoff disagrees. Wolkoff shared an old photo of Melania reading Dr. Seuss’s “Oh, the Places You’ll Go!” to schoolchildren. She said Melania was so focused on her goal that she was “comfortable [forgot] where she came from.”

Melania recently posted a photo of the view from her Trump Tower apartment, subtly hinting that she will be living in New York when her son Barron goes to college. Wolkoff calls this a perfect metaphor for Melania’s life. “Melania has spent years and hours taking photos of her view, in her ivory tower, high up, away from it all,” she commented. “Nothing has changed except US, and that includes me! We have all come to know the real Melania Trump. A Trump is a Trump is a Trump.”

The author of “Melania and Me” also claims her former friend used and then “steamed” her and others to achieve her goal of wealth and status. Not even her own husband was immune to her schemes. “Melania needed Donald as much as he needed her,” Wolkoff tweeted. “He made all her dreams of becoming a ‘supermodel’ come true.” With a famous man on her arm who, ahem, may have helped achieve her current level of beauty, Melania was able to live the good life — and write a book about it. (Readers who aren’t affected by the economy her husband is trying to fix can get a signed “collector’s edition” for just $150, according to her website.)
