The result of the seat allocation will be announced on August 30

Maharashtra NEET UG Counseling 2024: The State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell, Maharashtra will announce the seat allotment results for the first round of NEET UG counselling tomorrow, August 30. Candidates of the first round of the Common Entrance Test (CAP) for medical admission can check the results on the official website.

The provisional rank list for NEET UG counselling in Maharashtra was released on August 26 and includes 55,781 candidates of the first round.

For NEET UG 2024, a total of 282,051 candidates from Maharashtra have registered for the exam, 275,442 participated and 142,829 passed the exam.

After the release of the leaderboard for CAP 1st round, candidates had to indicate their preferences for MBBS and BDS seats. This process began on August 27 and ended on August 29 at 6 pm.

After the seat allocation results have been announced, applicants must report in person for admission between August 31 and September 4 (by 5.30 p.m.).

Maharashtra NEET UG Round 1: Steps to Check Seat Allotment Result

• Visit the official Maharashtra CET Cell website at cetcell.mahacet.org.
• On the home page, select the CAP tab and navigate to the CAP 2024-2025 page.
• Open the link NEET UG 2024.
• Click on the link to the allocation result of the 1st round.
• Enter your login information when prompted.
• Submit and view your Maharashtra NEET UG 1st round allotment result.

The dates for subsequent CAP rounds for courses like BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, BPTH, BOTH, BASLP and B(P&O) will be announced later, according to CET Cell.
