MGK attacks Sean Strickland during a podcast and the UFC star counters

MGK likes to pick fights. He has been a confrontational artist since day one and the biggest moment of his career, his fight with Eminem, resulted from that trait. It should come as no surprise that MGK had a lot to say about UFC star Sean Strickland. He went all out when he called out the UFC star Sean Strickland during a guest appearance on the Impulsive Podcast. He not only claimed that Strickland was too insecure to be himself, but also that he was a bad person behind closed doors. The UFC fighter eventually countered.

MGK really had his sights set on Sean Strickland. Impulsive Host Logan Paul seemed genuinely surprised by how much the rapper hated the former middleweight champion. “I don’t even know this guy from close up,” MGK explained. “When I met him, I didn’t know who he was. I later realized he’s insanely racist and homophobic and just not my type, so I would never have shaken his hand.” From there, things got even more heated. He turned directly to Sean Strickland and told him to “shut up.” MGK also called him a “fucking idiot.”

MGK and Strickland have been arguing since February

Strickland (obviously) didn’t like what he heard. One day after the MGK interview, he tweeted and fired back with a few insults. The UFC star poked fun at the rapper for having an identity crisis despite being in his mid-thirties. “Dude, you had a midlife crisis and got tattoos all over your body,” he claimed. The language and general vitriol gets more intense as the tweet continues. “The [sic] “x Community of intolerance, people,” Strickland added. “I’d rather hang out with you toxic trolls than that cunt.”

Sean Strickland ended his message by telling MGK to “get back to cutting yourself.” He also added a “fucking nutcase.” When someone calls you a “fucking idiot,” a retort is pretty fair. For context, MGK and Sean Strickland first met in February. Both celebrities were at the Power Slam event and their disdain for each other was evident. An argument broke out between MGK and Strickland. The latter subsequently tweeted that he “almost punched a vampire.” It doesn’t sound like the two are making up anytime soon.
