Woman attacks boyfriend because he complains that she doesn’t dress up for him

Woman attacks boyfriend because he complains that she doesn’t dress up for him

A woman has slammed her boyfriend on Twitter after he complained that she doesn’t make more of an effort to look good around him.

In a post that has since gone viral, Harriet, who goes by the username @disneypr1nc3ss, tweeted a screenshot of a conversation with her boyfriend with the message: “Warning girls, don’t put on your dressing gown when he comes over.”

In the text exchange, Harriet’s unnamed boyfriend says he is annoyed that she is wearing her “fatty dress” and says, “It can’t hurt to put on something nice.”

Harriet’s tweet was responded to by thousands of people urging her to kick him out, and honestly, we agree.

Didn’t Harriet’s boyfriend listen when Drake extolled the virtues of natural beauty?

“Sweatpants, hair tied back, chilling without makeup/That’s when you’re at your most beautiful, I hope you don’t misunderstand me?”

Breaking news: If sweatpants are good enough for Drake, they’re probably good enough for you.

Harriet doesn’t reveal her age or that of her hopefully now ex-boyfriend, but we can only assume that this is an argument between two young people who haven’t yet realized that all you really want in life is someone who will sit next to you in elastic waistband pants during a three-day Netflix marathon and not judge you when you use your pants as a napkin.

Harriet seems like a confident young woman who doesn’t “dress to impress.”

Hopefully she and her boyfriend can pick up the phone and call each other to work out their issues, otherwise there are a lot of bees in the hive… or on Bumble.

This poor, misguided guy should have planned a special night for his girlfriend instead of expressing his feelings in text, which, as we all know, can be a difficult tool to strike the right tone.

Of course, it’s important in any relationship to keep the spark alive and to occasionally leave the bomb shelter of the apartment for a romantic date where both partners shave different parts of their bodies.

One thing is for sure: if you can’t accept me in my robe, you don’t deserve me in my Spanx.
