CSIR UGC NET 2024 Result Live Updates: The National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to release the results of the CSIR University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (CSIR UGC NET) 2024 soon. Once the results are released, candidates who have taken the test can check them on the official website at csirnet.nta.ac.in. The test was conducted in two shifts on July 25, 26 and 27, 2024. To be considered for the JRF, Assistant Professor and Lectureship posts, applicants from General, EWS and OBC categories need to score at least 33 per cent marks. Applicants from SC, ST and PwD categories need to score at least 25 per cent marks to pass the test. The NTA had earlier said in a public statement that the test was taken by 225,335 students using the Computer Based Test (CBT) method. Each exam consists of 200 marks. The test is conducted in English and Hindi and consists of three parts consisting of subjective and multiple-choice questions which have to be completed within three hours.
