Machine Gun Kelly criticizes “racist and homophobic” UFC star

Machine Gun Kelly criticizes “racist and homophobic” UFC star

Sean Strickland finally got an answer from his least favorite star, Machine Gun Kelly.

UFC star Sean Strickland remembers why he freaked out at “Vampire” Machine Gun Kelly

We all know that Strickland is not the type to hold his mouth for anyone. When he was UFC middleweight champion, he was as outspoken as possible. His reign didn’t last long, however, as Dricus du Plessis dethroned the American at UFC 297 via split decision.

Even after losing the title, Strickland continued to be in the public eye, making headlines for his political views, fighting for a title shot and getting into a verbal altercation with rapper Machine Gun Kelly at a power slap event in Las Vegas in February.

In person, Strickland apparently made fun of Kelly’s attire and called him a vampire and a nutcase before the two went their separate ways. Strickland was reportedly banned from the event afterward.

The controversial candidate has spoken many times about meeting MGK and most recently took a swipe at the rapper on Saturday, without Kelly having defended himself so far…

“I do nothing but dedicate myself to art, and there is another funny factor: the art I stand in or exist in makes people angry,” Kelly said on Impulsive.

Podcast co-host Mike Majlak responded to Kelly’s comment, citing Strickland as an example because of their previous feud.

“I don’t know the guy inside out,” Kelly said of Strickland. “I didn’t know who he was when I met him. I later realized he was incredibly racist and homophobic and just not my type. So I would never have wanted to shake their hands. But he’s also just a representative of all the people who are too afraid to just be themselves, because when you’re comfortable being yourself, you don’t care who other people are and what they are like.”

Strickland has made controversial comments about the LGBTQ+ community in the past, once writing on “X”: “If I had a gay son, I would think I failed as a man for producing such weakness.”

Strickland’s stance on the issue apparently caught the attention of Kelly’s partner Megan Fox, and Strickland revealed that the actress had sent him an angry direct message (via “Verse Us” with Eric Nicksick).

Kelly followed suit six months after their first interaction on Power Slap, sending Strickland a heartbreaking message on Logan Paul’s podcast that he believes will get him a response.

“He’s so stupid that… I’m going to tell him now, you shouldn’t keep saying things because it makes me look better, but you’re going to keep saying things. I know you’re going to react and say more, but you just shouldn’t. As someone who’s only giving you advice that you can give as a big brother, learn this: Shut up,” Kelly told Strickland.

“Stop talking about me and live your life, but you won’t and I will keep laughing at you because you’re a fucking idiot.”

As MGK predicted, it didn’t take long for Strickland to have a few words back at the star.

“I’m being lectured by a guy who drinks blood and carries a purse,” Strickland said of Kelly on “X.” “Dude, you had a midlife crisis and tattooed your whole body. I’d hang out with you toxic trolls anytime for that shit… Start cutting yourself again, you fucking nutcase.”
