Common and Pete Rock share the official music video for “Dreamin’.” The two veteran musicians travel around the city in the clip. It was directed by award-winning filmmaker Raven Jackson and produced by Kristian King, Pulse Films and There We Go Films in New York City.

Additionally, footage from a collection of Commons home videos used in the video gives fans a glimpse into special moments in his life.

“Dreamin’” comes from the collaboration of the duo The Auditorium Vol. 1 Album released last month. The project includes 15 tracks by Bilal, Jennifer Hudson, Posdnuos and PJ.

“It’s a blessing that we’ve connected at this point in our lives, and God willing, we’ll just keep creating,” Common told Retrieved 2018-08-18. “There could be different facets, such as, of course, more volumes of the auditorium. But there is so much potential in Pete and I. I believe this is the beginning of us doing more and more.”

Rock added: “I think a lot of magic happens over the years that you’re in the music business. That comes from really loving what you do. But when you’re doing it all the time, it just inspires you to shine in that way. And so it’s very natural for us.”
