Detectives from the Crimes Against the Persons Unit were dispatched to the scene after police were called around 9 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 27, to an “unknown issue” in the 10500 block of Railroad Drive, an industrial area adjacent to desert land north of Loop 375, police said.
