No information released after closed session of the full committee in Sheboygan

A special meeting of the Sheboygan City Council Committee of the Whole was held to discuss what appeared to be a serious personnel issue in the city government. The closed session was called following a regular Finance and Personnel Committee meeting and began at 5:15 p.m. Committee of the Whole meetings follow a loose structure to allow for open discussions without having to follow Robert’s Rules of Order. These discussions lasted until approximately 7:45 p.m.

As expected, no information was released after the closed meeting. Before the meeting, City Manager Casey Bradley responded to a request for comment from WHBL News but declined, saying he could not comment on personnel matters.

The results of Monday’s discussions will determine the next steps in this matter.
