VIDEO: Former UFC champion hilariously pretends to be Rampage Jackson’s son

In a hilarious moment that caused a stir online, former UFC champion Demetrious Johnson made everyone laugh by pretending to be the son of Rampage Jackson.

The video of these two legends goofing around is pure gold and shows off Johnson’s playful side. The former UFC champion is known for his quick wit and that was on display in a recent video shared by Bear Degidio.

Jackson and Degidio host the “Jaxxon Podcast,” where the duo regularly invites MMA personalities on their show to talk about the latest and greatest news from the world of MMA.

The last episode featured former champion Demetrious Johnson, and while the episode is sure to be entertaining, it has to hold its own against this video of Johnson going out to dinner with the Jaxxon team.

In the video shared on Instagram, Degidio is seen talking to a waitress and trying to convince her that Rampage is a stand-up comedian. Unfortunately, she had a hard time believing it.

To prove his point, Degidio called Johnson in and asked him to prove his story. The former champion proved to be a real comedian when he claimed, with a straight face, that he was actually Jackson’s son.

Johnson has appeared on the Jaxxon podcast several times in the past. The former champion is quickly becoming a regular on all major MMA shows as he delights his fans every time with valuable insight and expression.

This also seems to be Johnson’s next chapter in life as he scales back his activities in the ring.

Will Mighty Mouse become an important voice in the MMA world?

It has been over a year since Johnson’s last fight at One Championship. During that time, “Mighty” has remained active and competed in numerous Jiu-Jitsu tournaments, often winning gold.

In addition, he has significantly expanded his presence on social media and conducts interviews not only with MMA fighters, but also with big personalities outside of this field, such as “Ninja”.

However, Chael Sonnen, Daniel Cormier and Michael Bisping have also evolved from boxers into media personalities. A similar step could be in store for Johnson when he retires from athletics.

Needless to say, this would be a real boon for fans, as Johnson analyzes and explains the sport in a way that few can.
